You have the choice of either picking your furniture up at our warehouse or the store where you made your purchase. In most case product for customer pike-up is not unpacked and assembled.

Palace design furniture receives gladly custom order your choice of home and office furnishings with1/2 deposit. Special Order Merchandise may not be cancelled. The revision of any order for Special Order Merchandise will only be accepted if palace design furniture is able to revise their order with the customer.

Palace design furniture takes pride in our ability to service the products that we sell- promptly, professionally, and courteously, provided that you are the original purchaser and that the merchandise has not been misused or abused, for period of one year from the date of delivery (or pick-up)
